Article 3.1.7. was added into the Client agreement

Dear clients!

The change of the Client agreement comes into effect starting from 8 September 2010. Added article 3.1.7 reads as follows:

“In case, the trading account is not used by the client for 90 days, such an account becomes unavailable for trading transactions conduction. At the end of specified term if the Client didn’t perform any activities concerning his/her account, didn’t conduct transactions and didn’t take any actions concerning the account at all, such an account is moved to archive. In order to recover the account it is necessary to inform the Client support department via e-mail by sending the request to recover the account from the archive.”
