Partnership conditions

Becoming a Web-representative you get set of leader boards from MasterForex for placing them on your web resource or an issue-related forum. The document that justifies the relation with MasterForex is the Partner agreement. The presence of employees is not necessary for this type of partnership.

Calculation of remuneration for trading on Micro and Standard accounts

At registration and then every month from the moment of registration you can choose a more convenient type of cooperation with us according to the “Web-representative” program:

• One level partnership program
  You get 1,0 point from every closed transaction of every referral you engaged.
• 2-level partner program
  You get 0,8 points from every closed order of every referral you engaged and 0,2 points from every closed transaction of clients engaged by your referrals
  • Cooperation according to this program is possible only if you engage not less than 3 referrals with funded accounts every month from the moment of registration. Otherwise you automatically will be transferred to the 1-level partner program. You can go again to the 2-level partner program only in a month.
  • Closed transactions of clients engaged by referrals are calculated only if they had registered in the partner program “Web-representative” not earlier than October 1, 2010.

Archive
If within 1 month you don’t have new referrals with funded accounts or there is no commission in your wallet, your partner account goes to “Archive”.

Recovering your account from “Archive” is done when a new registered referral makes the first transaction. When your account is recovered it is assigned the One level partner program.

In case your partners account is in archive for 1 month, the account is deleted from the list of the partnership program participants, referral conections of your partner's account are deleted as well.

VIP status
After several months of successful work as a web-representative you can get a VIP status which gives a lot of advantages and extra services, such as:

• Reward up to 1.5 points from closed transaction.
• Partner certificate (service period – 1 year from the moment of getting VIP status).
• Can’t be transferred to «Archive» (VIP status deprival only in case of nonfulfillment of necessary requirements).
• Patterns and models for corporate printing and leaderboards .
• Internal chat for partner and his/her clients.
• Typical site (choice between several patterns) or national corporate domain

Restrictions

• Commission is charged only for closed positions with profit/loss of more than 3 points.
• Commission is not charged (it is corrected) from cancelled (corrected) transactions.

Calculation of reward for trading on ECN accounts

The Partner’s remuneration size for operations conducted on ECN accounts of engaged Clients is 25% of the Company’s commission from Clients closed positions.

CALCULATION OF REMUNERATION FOR TRADING ON CFD AND METALS

CFD
Partner’s remuneration for trading on any CFD is 30% of the commission of the instrument.
The amount of remuneration is the same for usual and for VIP partners.
The scheme of calculation for Level 2: 20% from the first level + 10% from the second.

Partner’s remuneration is calculated in accordance with the table:

Old Conditions

To take part in the White Label program your company should be registered as an artificial person. According to the program’s terms you have the right to use your own brand and you will be given the personal manager and the constant informational support. For this partnership form your own staff is demanded. You will be given the document regulating the relationships – the White Label contract.

If you are an entrepreneur and your company is registered as an artificial person you can become the Partner. You’ll get the documents approving your status – Partner Certificate and the document regulating the relationships – the contract for the representative office opening. Also you’ll be given the ready-made set of promotion banners from MasterForex to place it on your web-site or on the theme forum. Also you’ll get the constant informational and personal manager support. The information about you will be placed on our site. We’ll train the key employees for you. You also will be able to arrange the second level partners program. For this partnership form you must have 4 employees: director and managers.

If you are an entrepreneur and your company is registered as an artificial person you can become the Franchisee. You’ll get the documents approving your status– Franchisee Certificate the document regulating the relationships – The Contract for purchasing the franchise. Also you’ll be given the ready-made set of promotion banners from MasterForex to place it on your web-site or on the theme forum, moreover you’ll get the constant informational and personal manager support. The information about you will be placed on our site. We’ll train the key employees for you. You also will be able to arrange the second level partners program For this partnership form you must have 4 employees: director and managers.
